Technical Issues:

What is the best browser and configuration for viewing NYAutoguide.com?

We support many different browsers on both Mac & PC, for optimum viewing use
Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox with screen resolution set to 1024  x 768

Need the newest Version of either?
Mozilla Firefox   Internet Explorer

To change your screen resolution follow the steps below:

  1. Go to your "Start" menu
  2. Then "Settings"
  3. Then "Control Panel"
  4. Then "Display"
  5. Go to the far right tab "Settings"
  6. Move the "Screen Resolution" slider to 1024x768

 

Images not displaying?

For IE follow the steps below:
  1.      Go to the "Tools" Menu
  2.      Click the "Advanced" tab
  3.      Scroll down to "Multimedia"
  4.      Check the "Show Pictures" box
If the images still do not show there may be a security setting on your computer, internet connection or other browser software preventing images from showing.  Consult your Internet Service Provider or Hardware/Software Manufacturer for further help.

How to login to your account?

  1. Click the "Login" button located in the upper right of each page.
  2. Fill out the 3 boxed using your Dealer ID:, User Name: & Password:

 

If login consistently fails please notify us using the "Contact Us" tab & "Email Us Now" your issue, or call 845-795-1700 M-F 8:30-4:30 Eastern

How do I access my dealer admin panel

Once logged in, admin panel is located in the upper right of each page next to the "Login" button

How do I edit my inventory?

  1. Once logged in click on "Manage Vehicles"
  2. Click the left icon \"\" under the "Options" column
  3. When finished editing desired content click "Update" button on the bottom or "Cancel" to not make changes.
