Right Out of college I tryed looking for a job in my field with no success at all. After a few months Itook a part-time job with the local Radio Shack. Frustrated I turned away from the internet & decided to call all the companies related to my field from the phone book. On the second day the 3rd of 4th phone call came, “Thank you for calling Autoguide, How can I help you?” At the time I had no idea who or what this company was, I was cold calling, and I asked if they were hiring. To my luck that very same day their graphics designer gave their 2 weeks. I went for an interview, met Illene Moriarty & the rest is history to this day. Long of the short if it is that PRINT STILL WORKS!!! Yes the way of the internet is here with force & is always going to be the #1 contendor, but never throw away that magazine.
